1. Scope
This Bug Bounty Policy applies to all security-related bounties created, funded, or participated in through the It Is Unique Official platform.
2. Exclusivity Requirement
When creating a bounty on this platform, you agree that:
- The same bounty must not be published on any other platform
- Duplicate or parallel bounties are strictly prohibited
- Publishing the same bounty elsewhere may result in immediate revocation
3. Pre-Funding Requirement
Before a bounty is published:
- The full bounty amount must be deposited in advance
- Bounties will not go live until payment is verified
- The platform holds the amount as escrow until resolution
4. Bounty Payout Process
After a valid submission is reviewed and accepted:
- The platform will directly pay the winning participant
- Only one winner will be selected unless stated otherwise
- All payouts are subject to technical validation
5. Platform Fees & Charges
The platform charges a service fee for managing bounties.
- 7% of the total bounty amount is deducted as platform charges
- This fee includes applicable GST and administrative costs
- The remaining balance is paid to the bounty winner
6. Bounty Revocation
A bounty may be revoked only in eligible circumstances, including:
- No valid submissions within the defined bounty period
- Incorrect scope or requirements identified early
- Legal, security, or compliance concerns
7. Refund Policy for Revoked Bounties
If a bounty revocation request is approved:
- A 3% deduction will be applied as a revocation fine
- The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payer
- Refunds are processed only after internal review
8. Abuse & Violations
The platform reserves the right to:
- Reject bounties created with malicious or misleading intent
- Cancel bounties that violate laws or platform policies
- Suspend users who attempt to manipulate the bounty system
9. Decision Authority
All decisions related to bounty validation, winner selection, dispute resolution, refunds, and enforcement are final.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By creating or participating in a bounty, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy and all related platform rules.
