No Refund — No Restoration
All purchases were made only after agreeing to the updated Terms & Conditions, which clearly stated:
- No refund
- No recovery of discontinued services
- No guarantee of team restoration
- Access remains valid only during the purchased period
Customers who used Canva Education Pro features have already received full value for their purchase.
High Usage Already Consumed
Based on your usage, it is clear that the Canva Education Pro access was used extensively, far beyond the standard value of regular Canva Pro access.
For example: Even if 300 users were added, the real value equals:
300 × ₹101 / 3 months = a far higher commercial value You have already received full benefit of the service.
Final Policy
- Canva Education Pro Panel is discontinued permanently
- No refund is possible
- No restoration is possible
- No exception can be made
This policy is final as per the terms agreed during purchase.
